Joe’s educational background includes an Associates
Degree in Business Administration from Miami Dade
Community College located in Miami, Florida.
Joe is a business professional with over thirty-two years
of Contract Management experience in a variety of Market
Arenas: Health Care, Corrections, Business & Industry,
and Education. His Management background includes a
number of Director and managerial positions with
Sodexho and Compass Corporation. In addition, Joe has
performed as an independent consult for local
organizations within the Triad area.
Joe maintained the primary account responsibility for
Enterprise Accounts’ Financial Integrity for over sixteen
years. Joe’s has experience in the areas of: Strategic
Planning, Budgeting, Staff Training & Development,
Quality Innovation and Problem Solving. In addition, Joe
has Trained and Mentored Managers in the techniques of
Staff Motivation and Leadership.
Joe is married with six children. He also dedicates time
and energy to the success of a local vineyard. He enjoys
photography, volunteering, and spiritual reading.
